Seriously - Trump's Visit to CIA Ought to Scare Hell Out of His Supporters

Is This Lying, Bombastic, Threatening Person What They Really Voted For?

If So Then They Are Truly Deplorable

Donnie went to the CIA the day after he was sworn in.  It did not go well.  Here is some honest reportng from the Washington Post.  First of all Donnie lied about his past comments on the Intelligence community.

"Trump tried to express solidarity with the CIA and blamed the media for creating distrust.

“They sort of made it sound like I had a feud with the intelligence community,” he said. “I just want to let you know, the reason you’re the number one stop is it is exactly the opposite.”

He added, “I know maybe sometimes you haven’t gotten the backing that you’ve wanted, and you’re going to get so much backing. Maybe you’re going to say, ‘Please, don’t give us so much backing. Mr. President, please, we don’t need so much backing.’”

In fact, Trump repeatedly vilified the intelligence community throughout much of his transition in an attempt to push back against what he saw as politically charged conclusions by the CIA and other agencies about Russia’s hacking of Democratic Party emails to interfere with the 2016 election.

At a Jan. 11 news conference, Trump accused U.S. intelligence officials of being behind a Nazi-like smear campaign against him. He has put quotation marks around the word “intelligence” in referring to such officials. And last weekend, he attacked Brennan in a pair of tweets, suggesting he was “the leaker of Fake News.”

It's as though he doesn't know that this stuff he says is not destroyed in a 'memory hole'.  And he also got into a useless tirade on the attendance at his inauguration, disputing easily verifed facts and lying again.  He stated that the people in the audience largely voted for him, having absolutely no knowledge of that whatsoever.  But most troubling was his threat to take the oil from the mid east countries.

"Trump also delved into the Iraq War, repeating his oft-stated belief that the United States bungled its exit from the country by not taking Iraq’s oil, which he said was how the Islamic State made its money.

“The old expression, to the victor belong the spoils,” he said, adding: “We should’ve kept the oil. But, okay, maybe we’ll have another chance.”

Holy crap as Frank Barone would say, and remember this is not campaign rhetoric, this is a President.
