Clueless WSJ Editorial Asks if Intelligence Agencies Had Warrant to Listen to Flynn/Russian Conversation

Yeah, Like That's the Issue Here

We set the WSJ straight

As the nation roils in turmoil over the fact that recently deposed national security adviser Michael Flynn interfered in Obama administration policy with Russia and then lied about it, the king of the righ wing hacks, the editors of the Wall Street Journal ignored that question and wondered if the intelligence agencies that obtained a copy of the phone conversation had a warrant to do so.

The questions someone in the White House should ask the National Security Agency is why it didn’t use minimization procedures to protect Mr. Flynn? Or did it also have a court order to listen to Mr. Flynn, and how did it justify that judicial request?
If Mr. Flynn was under U.S. intelligence surveillance, then Mr. Trump should know why, and at this point so should the American public. Maybe there’s an innocent explanation, but the Trump White House needs to know what’s going on with Mr. Flynn and U.S. spies.
Wow, the villian here is not a lying government senior defense/intelligence officer but the intelligence agencies that caught him. Like when police catch a bank robber isn't it the fault of the police for following up the clues?

Well we're going to set the WSJ straight, and do so in all caps because shouting at these people may be the only way to get through to them.

THE INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES WERE NOT BUGGING MR. FLYNN YOU STUPID MORONS.  THEY WERE LISTENING TO THE CONVERSATIONS OF THE RUSSIAN AMBASSADOR.  IT'S CALLED INTELLIGENCE GATHERING YOU IDIOTS.

Yep, that ought to do it.
