Republican in NY 26th Wants Court to Deny Certification to Winner - Before Vote Counting!

Is This Just Typical Republican Election Politics?

The Buffalo New reports that the campaign of the Republican in the Special Election in the New York 26^th Congressional District has gone to court and received a court order  which forbids certifying a winner in the race ven though the votes have not even been counted, or the process even begun.

Jane L. Corwin this afternoon obtained a court order from State Supreme Court Justice Russell P. Buscaglia barring a certification of a winner in the special 26th Congressional District race pending a show-cause hearing before him later this week.
