Millionaire Accuses Opponent of Trying to Buy Election

discusses the flood of money into the special House election in western New York.  One interesting thing is that apparently the campaign of the Republican accuses the wealthy third party candidate of trying to buy the office.  This is after the Republican has sunk $2.4 million of her own money into the race, along with $650,000 from Karl Rove and his unknown donor and who know how much from other private groups supporting Conservative candidates. 

Look upon all of this as a forecast of the future.  Mothers, let your children grow up to be campaign consultants.  There’s gold in them thar hills.
