A Small Dab of Justice
The movie production company Weinstein which is control by the infamous pair of brothers is on the market and likely to be sold for about $500 million.
Sounds like a lot of money for a couple of sexual deviants? Not really. See the sale would have to be an asset sale, since buying the corporation would mean the purchasers would be liable for what is likely to be massive lawsuits against the company. After selling the assets the company must pay off its debt and pay off the liabilities from the suits. So at the end of the day the Weinsteins may end up with, well, nothing. And of course they will have their own personal liabilities and hopefully good ole Harv will be in jail.
None of this will make up for the horrific damage done to victims, but it's a start.
