The Washington Post is reporting the reaction in the White House is to step up their attempts to discredit the messenger and turn America against free and unbiased reporting.  But the story has a telling clue as to why it will not work.

But one outside adviser said a campaign against the press when it comes to Trump Jr.’s meeting could be futile: “The meeting happened. It’s tough to go to war with the facts.”
