Fox News Parent to be Subject to FBI Investigation


Why Is No One Surprised

The parent company of Fox News owns three newspapers in Britain.  For over a decade it is alleged that the three newspaper routinely broke into the voice mail of newsworthy persons, tapped into other private information, and bribed the police for confidential information they could use to develop news stories.

The News Corp., which is the parent company of this group is headquartered in the U. S. where there are laws against a corporation engaging in bribery.  There have been allegations of wrong doing in the U. S. by the company and

The FBI has opened a preliminary review into allegations that News Corp. employees sought to hack into the phones of victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks, U.S. officials said.

Government officials sought to assure the company that any investigation would be “fair and balanced”.  Company officials said we know what "fair and balanced means" and that was what they were worried about.
