VP Pence Used Personal E-Mail for State Business While Gov. of Indiana - LOCK HIM UP

Oh Wait, He's a Republican - Never Mind

In the recent campaign the GOP made Hilary Clinton's use of a private e-mail server for public business sound like Al Capone on steroids.  Of course the fact that no harm was ever found out in the myriad of investigations didn't matter, Republicans said this was why she was unfit to be President.  Now it turns out the current VP, homophobe Mike Pence did the same thing.

NDIANAPOLIS — Vice President Mike Pence routinely used a private email account to conduct public business as governor of Indiana, at times discussing sensitive matters and homeland security issues.

Emails released to The Indianapolis Star in response to a public records request show Pence communicated via his personal AOL account with top advisers on topics ranging from security gates at the governor’s residence to the state’s response to terror attacks across the globe. In one email, Pence’s top state homeland security adviser relayed an update from the FBI regarding the arrests of several men on federal terror-related charges.

And what else? Where there was this.

                 In fact, Pence's personal account was hacked last summer.

But it would not be fair to hold Pence to the same standard as Republicans held Ms. Clinton. Well, actually it would but then fairness has never been a part of the Republican playbook.
