The state of Arkansas is suing the city of Fayetteville. Why, because that city passed ordances protecting its citizens against bias, discrimination and all the ugly stuff that goes with that.
"The Arkansas Supreme Court heard arguments Thursday in a high-profile case that pits the state against the college town of Fayetteville, which approved an ordinance banning discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
State officials are challenging the ordinance, enacted in 2015, on the grounds that it exceeds state law."

We wonder how members of the minority community feel about their tax dollars being used to fight laws that protect them?
