Here's Your New Secretary of Labor
This has got to make all those low income voters who supported Trumpeet feel mighty good.
Trump to name Andrew Puzder, a fast-food CEO and critic of substantially raising the minimum wage, to head the Labor Department
Wait, there's more
Puzder, who runs CKE Restaurants, the parent company of Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr., has been a harsh critic of raising the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour, arguing that it would increase costs for consumers and lead to fewer jobs. He also opposes the recently-delayed Labor Department rule that aimed to make millions more workers eligible for overtime pay.
Still not ectastic, well he's looking out for himself, not you
He is a strong opponent of the Affordable Care Act, which he claims has hurt the restaurant industry because higher health premiums have left consumers with less money to spend.
And of course with less millions for himself. But investors get the shaft too.
His anti-regulation stance is also viewed as a threat to another major rule finalized by the Labor Department earlier this year
So now Trumpster working class voters you are probably asking yourself "where do they find these people"? No problem, they are at every gathering of the Republican party.
