Note to Conservatives and Others Who Hate the United States, The Constitution and the Bill of Rights

THIS IS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  WE DO NOT TRY CITIZENS WHO ARE SUSPECTED OF COMMITTING CRIMINAL ACTS IN MILITARY COURTS.

THEY DO THAT IN DICTATORSHIPS AND COUNTRIES WHERE GOVERNMENTS RULE BY RELIGIOUS ORDERS AND DECREES.  PLACES LIKE IRAN, NORTH KOREA, SOME AFRICAN COUNTRIES AND SOME FORMER SOVIET STATES.

IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN A COUNTRY THAT HAS A MILITARY SYSTEM OF JUSTICE WTIHOUT RIGHTS, GO LIVE IN ONE OF THOSE COUNTRIES.  PLEASE GO.  NO ONE HERE WILL MISS YOU

As for the suspect in the bombing in Boston, here is the transcript of his first appearance in a court of law.  Notice that he has rights, rights granted to every individual.  This is what America is all about.
