Space Scientists to Look for Clues in Outer Space as to Why Space Scientists are Clueless on Earth
Scientists are supposed to smart. Isn’t that how they got to be scientists? Well, maybe not. Scientists at NASA are apparently not all that smart or knowledgeable, at least with respect to the federal budget, the deficit, the economic condition of the country and a thing called “cost – benefit analysis”.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that NASA will be asking for $35 billion to develop new rockets that will

launch astronauts to asteroids and eventually to Mars.
Really, this is not April 1, they actually want the money to do this.
Now most people might think that this is a pretty expensive item, but no, this is the cheap version. See the folks were worried about costs.
in the end, NASA and the White House opted for a pared-down program that will use solid boosters and other hardware for the short term. The program may not produce the most-powerful manned versions of the new boosters for more than two decades.
How to pay for such a program? Remember all those cuts in Medicare, Medicaid, Aid to education, health care, environmental clean up, low income assistance, well that money has to go somewhere. And NASA is making sacrifices too, after all they have to managed with the “pared down” program of only $35 billion.
Recommendation: Let's just go with the Artist's Concept. It will be a lot less expensive and deliver just as many benefits as the real program.
